Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver products, documents, or materials safely and on time.
- Verify delivery addresses, contact details, and delivery instructions.
- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of goods.
- Obtain delivery confirmation, customer signatures, and required documentation.
- Collect payments (Cash / Cheque / Digital) when applicable.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery progress and delays.
- Maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers.
- Ensure company vehicle or delivery equipment is maintained properly.
- Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Return undelivered items and report issues immediately.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps
- Time management and punctuality
- Responsible and reliable attitude
