Job Title: Insurance Manager
Job Description:
We are hiring an Insurance Manager to lead sales, manage advisors, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Drive life/general insurance sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support advisors in lead generation and policy closures.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Insurance sales or team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Basic computer skills.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Part Time or Full-time
