Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in relevant subject
• B.Ed. (Preferred for Primary, Mandatory for Middle & High School)
• NTT / Montessori Training (For Nursery Teachers)
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Classroom management skills

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a related discipline (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
• Minimum proven experience as a School Principal is mandatory
• Strong academic leadership and school administration skills
• Experience in curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and student development
• Good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead teachers, staff, and engage effectively with parents
