Job Description
Location: Nashik (Field + Office)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives (0.5–2% of gross profit on successfully closed projects).
About the Role :-
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with manufacturing companies, and converting them into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate should understand industrial products and solutions and be comfortable meeting customers across MIDC industrial areas.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit manufacturing companies, factories, OEMs and industrial clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking and referrals.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects until project closure.
- Maintain CRM and daily visit reports.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with management for pricing, negotiations and project execution.
- Represent the company at industrial exhibitions and networking events.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements :-
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and automation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
