Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage site manpower, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.
  • Check and verify measurements and prepare billing details.
  • Handle site documentation and maintain records.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Requirements:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle site operations independently
