Tally Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Operator to manage daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records using Tally software. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally software.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cash book and ledgers.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
• Generate financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper filing of all accounting-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
