Job Description



1. Maintaining daily accounting entries and records accurately.



2. Managing purchase bills, invoices, and vendor payments.



3. Maintaining GST, TDS, and other compliance-related documents.





4. Maintaining employee reimbursement and expense records.



5. Coordinating with CA, auditors, and management for documentation.



6. Ensuring proper filing and documentation of all financial records.



7. Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-up with concerned departments.



8. Maintaining confidentiality of company financial data.



9. Supporting management in budgeting a

nd financial planning activities.
