Job Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support overall business efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise administrative staff and office operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
- Support HR in onboarding, attendance, and employee coordination
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in administration or office management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
