Job Description
Data Integration & Conversion: Convert shapefiles, geodatabases, raster imagery, and GPS survey data into AutoCAD drawings (and vice-versa).
Map Creation & Digitization: Georeference aerial/satellite maps, digitize physical surveys, and produce thematic layouts (land-use, utility networks, topographies).
Drafting & Layouts: Prepare detailed 2D/3D engineering drawings, site plans, plan-and-profile sheets, and alignment sheets using coordinate projection systems.
CAD Software: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, Civil 3D.
GIS Software: ArcGIS Pro / ArcGIS Desktop, QGIS, FME (Feature Manipulation Engine).
Survey & Visual Tools: Google Earth Pro, Plex-Earth, Global Mapper.
ITI Draughtsman Certificate, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or Geography.
