Job Description

Back Office Executive (Operations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Executive (Operation) to know the standard operating process and maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Maha-RERA standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting and ability to manage financial reporting for our builders/developer/promoter clients.

Your Roles:

  • Supporting management in budgeting and financial planning activities
  • Maintaining employee reimbursement and expense records
  • Coordinating with CA, auditors, and management for documentation
  • Ensuring proper filing and documentation of all financial records
  • Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-up with concerned departments
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company financial data.
  • Manage Maha-RERA registrations process and quarterly compliance.
  • Communicate to a builders for timely deliverable of documents.
  • Maintain our standard of "Zero-Error" documentation.

 Skills preferences:

  • Good Communication Skill
  • Ms Office / Google Form,Advanced Excel/ Excel formula and shortcut keys savy
  • Task Management / Data Management / Time Management
  • Problem Solving / Error Detection & Fixing a Problem
