About Us
Indian Classics Projects supplies linen and furnishings to hotels and hospitals. We're growing our sales team and looking for a Business Development Executive to build and manage relationships with hotel and hospital clients.
Role Overview
You will be the primary point of contact for hotel and hospital clients from first outreach to closing orders to managing the relationship afterward. This is a field-facing role with real ownership of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to prospective hotel and hospital clients in the assigned territory
• Handle client RFQs, coordinate quotations, samples, and follow-ups
• Visit hotels and hospitals for meetings, sample presentations, and order finalization
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders
• Track and report all client interactions and pipeline status
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Identify vendor empanelment opportunities with hotel chains and hospital groups
What We're Looking For
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
• Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or hospitality/healthcare procurement is a plus (freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply)
• Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphone-based reporting
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with numbers and follow-ups
