Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Lasalgaon Taluka
Industry: Banking
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the bank’s marketing team for business growth.
Achieve targets for:
New Account Opening
CASA Deposits (Current & Savings Accounts)
Digital Banking Activation
Handle and drive performance of a 20-member team to ensure all targets are achieved.
Take full responsibility for team performance and business development activities.
Monitor daily field activities and ensure proper execution of strategies.
Submit daily reports directly to the CEO / Managing Director.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within Lasalgaon Taluka.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Banking / Financial Services Marketing preferred
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Good communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of CASA and Digital Banking products
Additional Note:
Candidate must be ready to work in and travel across Lasalgaon Taluka.
