Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and attend to customers politely and professionally.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
  • Carry out timely table clearance and resetting.
  • Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
  • Handle bills and payments correctly.
  • Be well-groomed and maintain personal hygiene at all times.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory when required.
  • Support café staff in smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently.
  • Address customer concerns or requests courteously.
