Client Relationship Executive

A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver quality service.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Prepare client reports, MIS, and maintain CRM records.
• Gather client feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and relationship management targets.
