Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, and achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territories.
• Promote and sell company products/services to clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
