Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: VI Store, Shop No. 1, Amey Sankul, Canada Corner, Sharanpur Link Road, Opp. Business Square, Nashik
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (Based on interview & experience) + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Store Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our VI Store team. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, resolving their queries, and promoting telecom services.
- Key Responsibilities:Attend and assist customers visiting the store
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Upsell Postpaid connections for families to maximize benefits
- Achieve sales targets through:
- Choice Numbers / VIP Numbers
- Prepaid to Postpaid conversion
- Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
- Maintain good customer relationships and service quality
- Requirements:Own two-wheeler is mandatory
- Must have a smartphone
- Good communication and basic sales skills
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
