- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & skills)
## Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls from app users regarding their accounts, recharge issues, and general queries.
- Astrologer Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating calls/chats between users and onboarded astrologers.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to user grievances, troubleshoot app-related issues patiently, and provide quick solutions.
- Admin Handling: Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, update user data in sheets, and assist the management with daily operational tasks.
- Feedback Collection: Reach out to active users for feedback to help improve app services.
## Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a calling, customer service, or administrative role.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Technical Comfort: Basic knowledge of operating mobile apps, Google Sheets/MS Excel, and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and patience.
- Traits: Highly disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
