Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to accurately input, manage, and analyze data. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
- Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies
- Review and analyze data for completeness and consistency
- Generate reports and summaries as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate with internal teams for data-related queries
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
