Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the Managing Director, Directors, senior management, and their family members (if authorized), while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and ensuring complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Managing Director, Directors, senior management, or authorized family members to meetings, offices, airports, railway stations, hotels, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off as per the daily schedule.
• Plan routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all official and personal matters.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, sanitized, and in excellent working condition at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel level, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (Registration Certificate, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, etc.) remain valid and are renewed on time.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, and maintenance with authorized service centres.
• Maintain records of vehicle servicing, fuel consumption, mileage, tolls, parking expenses, and repairs.
• Drive safely and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Be available for early morning, late evening, weekend, or outstation travel whenever required.
• Immediately report any accident, breakdown, traffic violation, or vehicle issue to the reporting manager.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely after every trip.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behaviour at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
