Education Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and Abroad, career options, university selection, and admission processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling ability, and confidence in handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Counsel students and parents regarding educational opportunities and admissions

✅ Explain courses, university options, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and admission processes

✅ Guide students for MBBS Abroad admissions and related documentation

✅ Follow up with leads generated through social media, calls, seminars, and campaigns

✅ Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling

✅ Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems

✅ Coordinate with admission teams and universities for application processing

✅ Assist students with documentation, visa processes, and onboarding

✅ Participate in seminars, webinars, and educational events

✅ Handle phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and walk-in inquiries professionally

• Requirements:Graduate in any field (Education background preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Experience in educational counseling is preferred but not mandatory
