Job Opening: Head of Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and independent Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and multi-branch reconciliations, while providing critical financial insights to the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Head the accounts and finance team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow management.
• Core Accounting: Ensure all accounting-related activities, data entries, and ledger maintenance are completed accurately and on time.
• Management Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive MIS Reports to the senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Financial Control: Monitor organizational expenses, implement cost controls, and oversee internal audit activities.
• Taxation & Compliance: Handle timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and ensure absolute adherence to all statutory compliances.
• Branch Reconciliation: Seamlessly reconcile Head Office (H.O.) accounts with various branch accounts across the network.
• Liaisoning: Work independently with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) for finalization of accounts, audits, and legal compliances.
• Outstanding and Cash Flow: Ensuring timely collection of cash/bank receivables to enable smooth cash and fund flow for the company
• Ad-hoc Assignments: Handle any other financial or operational assignments as directed by the director.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and high proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
• Branch Coordination: Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate effectively with scattered branch locations.
• Independence: Highly self-motivated individual who can handle compliance and CA liaisoning with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for smooth intra-company and external coordination.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise)
