Job Description
HR functions
Ensure organisation structure is updated.
Responsible for entire employee life cycle process
Recruitment initiative and process
Responsible for payroll, statutory compliances, legal framework.
Competency Mapping, Skill Gap Analysis, developing training calendar based on gap analysis, periodic review of skill gap assessment, running assessment development center.
Admin functions
Ensure salary is processed and released in time to employees.
Timely filing of returns and payments with respect to PT, PF, ESIC, MLWF, payment of bonus, etc.
Budgeting
Formulate and implement HR budget in line with business plan covering in detail all costs like
- Manpower
- Contract labour
- Cost of hiring
- Employee benefits
- Training
- Employee engagement initiatives
