📍 Location: Nashik (Work From Office)

QuasarCyberTech is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR professional to join our growing team in Nashik.

This role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations, especially for our fast-growing cybersecurity, cloud, managed IT, and staffing services divisions.

🔹 Experience Required:

2–3 years preferred (freshers with exceptional communication and learning attitude may also be considered)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Managing candidate onboarding and documentation
• Supporting staffing and consultant deployment activities
• Coordination with internal teams and hiring managers
• Office administration and HR operational support
• Maintaining employee and recruitment records

• Strong professionalism and organizational abilities
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Confidence in handling candidates and follow-ups
