Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms

Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures

Coordinate with the field sales team when required

Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good convincing and interpersonal abilities

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Proven experience in inside sales/tele sales (Min 1 year)
