Job Description
Installation: Lay, terminate, and splice fiber optic cables, and set up ONT (Optical Network Terminal) modems and Wi-Fi routers.
Configuration & Testing: Activate high-speed internet connections and test fiber signal strength for stability.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose network faults, fix wiring issues, and resolve service complaints on-site.
Customer Service: Demonstrate speed tests, explain router usage, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Reporting: Update daily work logs, material consumption, and service reports via mobile apps
