Medical Representative (MR)

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Work)
Experience: Min 6 month Experience in Ayurved Pharma.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Nashik, Maharastra
Ailvil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Medical Representatives to promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly.
- Promote company products and generate prescriptions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research and provide competitor feedback.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies and stockists.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales reports.
- Participate in training programs and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
- Min 6 Month of experience in Ayurved sales/pharmaceutical marketing.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
