Dr. Mahale’s Dental Clinic (Nashik) is hiring for our front desk and operations team. This is NOT a sales or marketing job. We need someone disciplined who can own our daily systems — patient calls, appointment scheduling, and insurance/claims handling,
Follow our daily clinic checklist (sterilization logs, patient entry, task tracking) exactly
• Coordinate on WhatsApp and Google Sheets — you must be comfortable with both.
A ‘doer’ — you complete tasks without being reminded twice
• Reception/telecalling/hospital admin experience preferred, not mandatory
