Business Operations Intern - Kalsubai Millets FPC
Kalsubai Millet Farmers Producer Co. Ltd. is seeking a smart intern to manage customer communications and business operations for our FSSAI-certified millet and heritage grain products.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
- Manage WhatsApp Business account for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Process customer orders and send confirmations
- Share product catalogs and price lists
- Provide professional customer support
Business Operations:
- Create bills and invoices using Vyapar software
- Record daily sales entries (B2B and retail)
- Update inventory and stock levels
- Generate sales reports
- Maintain accurate business records
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (essential)
- Good with smartphone and computers
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience with WhatsApp Business or billing software (Vyapar/Tally)
- Interest in agriculture or food products
