Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily/shift-wise production activities.
- Supervise material handling, surface preparation, masking, and painting processes.
- Monitor critical parameters like paint viscosity, spray booth temperature, flash-off time, and oven temperature.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Prepare and submit daily production and quality reports.
- Train operators to support productivity and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an automotive paint shop or production supervision.
- Knowledge of paint shop processes, quality standards, and manpower management.
