As part of our expansion, we have recently established a state-of-the-art Lithium Battery Manufacturing Plant and are building a strong procurement team to support our rapid growth.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically sound Purchase & Procurement Executive who can identify reliable vendors, negotiate the best commercial terms, and ensure uninterrupted availability of materials for both EV manufacturing and lithium battery production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and develop new vendors for EV and lithium battery components.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Planning teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to avoid production delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously identifying alternate vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement based on reorder levels.
• Evaluate suppliers on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and service.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, pending orders, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain complete purchase records, documentation, and vendor databases.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and availability of critical raw materials.
• Support cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and alternate sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Preferred QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement within manufacturing.
• Experience in the EV, automotive, electronics, or lithium battery industry will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional technical understanding and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
