We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Advocate to handle legal matters related to property transactions and real estate projects. The candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review agreements, conduct due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet property-related agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Conduct title verification and property due diligence.
- Handle property registration, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Provide legal guidance on real estate laws, RERA regulations, and land acquisition matters.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings.
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable property and corporate laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in real estate legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, registration processes, and contract drafting.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
