Job Description – Direct Channel (Life Insurance) Role Title Relationship Manager Front Line Sales (Direct Channel)

Department Sales – Direct Channel
Role PurposeTo generate life insurance business through direct customer interaction, self-sourcing, company-generated leads, and relationship management while achieving sales and persistency targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate life insurance sales through:
- Company-generated leads
- References and open market sourcing
- Existing customer database
- Branch walk-ins and customer meetings
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and premium goals.
- Conduct customer need analysis and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and repeat business.
- Ensure policy persistency and quality business.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Maintain complete documentation and comply with IRDA and company guidelines.
- Participate in field activities, customer visits, and local market campaigns.
- Coordinate with branch teams and internal stakeholders for smooth policy issuance.
- Update customer interactions in CRM systems and maintain sales reports
