Relationship Manager - MF
- Relationship Building: Act as the dedicated point of contact to develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients or key business stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer complaints, troubleshoot service issues, and act as an intermediary to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales & Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by thoroughly understanding the client’s needs, goals, and market challenges.
- Client Strategy: Conduct regular business reviews, analyze customer data to spot trends, and tailor company products or services to align with client objectives.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—such as sales, marketing, and product development—to guarantee seamless service delivery and integrate client feedback into business strategies
