Relationship Manager - Retail
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value or mass-affluent clients, acting as their dedicated, trusted advisor for all banking needs.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Proactively offer tailored financial solutions, including savings/current accounts (CASA), fixed deposits, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, mutual funds, and insurance products.
- Financial Advisory: Understand client financial goals and risk tolerance to provide personalized wealth management and investment advisory services.
- Service Resolution: Act as the direct interface between the client and back-office teams (credit, product specialists, and operations) to resolve grievances and facilitate smooth onboarding.
