Job Description
Examine and assess patients. Monitor patients' condition and vital signs. Provide emergency and critical care when required. Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per hospital protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Respond to medical emergencies and code situations. Ensure timely admission, discharge, and transfer of patients. Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment and care.
