Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business targets and ensuring smooth sales operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing order processes, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance.

• Key Responsibilities1. Order ManagementProcess and manage sales orders accurately in the system
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve order-related issues
• 2. Customer CoordinationAct as a primary point of contact for customer queries
• Provide product/service information and timely updates
• Handle complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
• 3. Sales Support & DocumentationPrepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups and deal closures
• Maintain proper documentation of all sales activities
• 4. Data & CRM ManagementMaintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Ensure data accuracy and proper record-keeping
• Generate and manage sales-related databases
• 5. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track sales targets and performance metrics
• Support management with data insights and analysis
