Sales Executive – Aera Designer Fans
About Company
Aera Fans is a Nashik-based brand o1ering designer and decorative ceiling fans. The brand focuses on
premium, design-led fans for discerning residential and commercial customers.
Role summary
The Company is looking for a full-time Sales Executive to work on developing an extensive network of
partners including dealer, distributor, architect, and interior designer across Maharashtra and
neighbouring states. Along with collaborating with the existing network.
The ideal candidate already has strong connections in the electricals/electronics/architectural
products ecosystem and can convert them into active partners for Aera.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow a B2B network of dealers and distributors in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik
and beyond).
- Identify and onboard architects, interior designers and project consultants as repeat-specifier
partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, remote selling and in-person meetings.
- Conduct product presentations, demos and training for channel partners and their teams.
- Track market intelligence (competitors, pricing, projects) and share regular reports with management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in electricals, building materials, lighting, home décor or similar
categories.
- Existing network of dealers/distributors; a network of architects and interior designers is a strong
advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and
remotely across multiple regions.
- Willingness to travel across cities as required.
