Site Coordinator

Project Planning and Coordination:

Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Site Assessment and Design:

Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations.

Collaborate with design teams to develop optimal solar system layouts.

Submit the detailed site survey report that includes the bill of materials needed for the project

Material Delivery and Verification:

Coordinate with the central teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components to project sites.

Verify if the received materials are correct as per the BoM provided.

Installation Oversight:

Support the on-site installation team to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and project updates.

Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
2. Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes will be a plus (not mandatory).
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication (Marathi language is important) and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel to project sites within Maharashtra.
7. Valid driver's license, a 2-wheeler (with helmet)
