Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram trends, content creation, audience engagement, and basic social media strategies. Freshers with strong interest and knowledge of Instagram are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's Instagram account on a daily basis.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and highlights.
• Plan and execute Instagram content calendars.
• Write creative captions and select relevant hashtags.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Monitor Instagram trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content creation.
• Capture basic photos and videos for reels and promotional content when required.
• Track Instagram performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Assist in running Instagram promotions, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Instagram activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram features including Reels, Stories, Highlights, and Insights.
• Understanding of current social media trends.
• Creativity in content planning and idea generation.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using mobile applications such as Canva, InShot, or CapCut.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in handling Instagram accounts will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a personal portfolio or examples of Instagram work are preferred.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field visits are required).

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Probation Period

• 6 Months
