Job Description

  • Job Role:Manage inventory of all EV components (battery, motor, controller, charger, spare parts)
  • Handle purchase of raw materials and components from vendors
  • Ensure timely availability of parts for production and service
  • Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and material tracking
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and service teams for requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages/overstocking
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers
  • Check material quality and quantity at the time of inward
  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and reports
  • Handle vendor coordination, price negotiation, and delivery timelines
  • Manage dispatch of materials to service centers/dealers
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of EV components (especially batteries)
  • Requirements:Graduate / Diploma (any stream; supply chain/logistics preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
  • Experience in automobile/EV spare parts handling preferred
  • Familiarity with Excel / basic software for stock tracking
  • Good coordination and negotiation skills
  • Experience:2–5 years in store / purchase / inventory role preferred
