Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Telesales)

  • Handle outbound & inbound calls to promote skincare products and generate sales.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Update customer data and call records in CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for order processing.
  • Follow up on pending leads and existing customers.
  • Maintain professional communication and brand image of Company.
