Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years (Industrial sales background preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trainee Engineer with a background or interest in industrial sales to support business development and technical operations for CNC carbide cutting tools, industrial lubricants, and metalworking fluids. The role involves conducting trials, assisting key account management, and learning CNC machining parameters to drive customer satisfaction and business growth in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in business development for CNC cutting tools, industrial lubricants, and metalworking fluids.
• Support key account management and help generate new business from industrial CNC machining customers.
• Conduct trials of cutting tools for turning, milling, drilling, and other machining operations.
• Learn CNC machining parameters, including speed, feed, cutting depth, and job setup.
• Follow up with customers and support sales with persuasive communication and technical knowledge.
• Maintain records of trials, customer feedback, and business progress.

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Production, or related discipline)
• Basic understanding of CNC machining and cutting tool applications
• Background or interest in industrial sales is preferred
• Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasive skills
• Keen interest in industrial tools, machining, and customer interaction
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn on the job
