Job Description
Full-time YouTube Channel Operator for a Nashik-based healthcare communication team. You will own the day-to-day back-end operations of two Marathi-first YouTube channels in the health and wellness space.
Your responsibilities
- Manage YouTube Studio end-to-end — uploads, scheduling, metadata, SEO, end screens, playlists
- Design and A/B test thumbnails on a weekly cadence
- Pull weekly analytics; flag what's working and what isn't
- Manage community — comments, pinned replies, DMs
- Cross-post content to Instagram (reels) and other platforms
- Maintain a steady publishing rhythm: long video weekly, plus short-form
- Coordinate with the in-house editor and graphic designer
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on experience operating a YouTube channel (please share a link to a channel you have worked on)
- Fluent in Marathi and English — read, write, speak
- Strong visual sense for thumbnails; comfortable with A/B testing
- Comfortable with Canva and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio analytics
- Reliable on deadlines
