Job Description
Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Study Abroad
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Responsible for guiding students through their study abroad journey – from initial inquiry to university applications – with a focus on student counselling, follow-up calls, and application support.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad options (courses, universities, destinations).
Make outbound calls to leads, follow-ups, and handle student/parent queries.
Assist in preparing and submitting university applications and documents.
Track application status and coordinate with universities/partners.
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM.
Support visa and documentation teams as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate with BMS B.COM BBA Marketing or customer-facing experience,student handling,
Strong communication and calling skills.
Basic knowledge of overseas education and application process.
Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
A little bit of understanding of consumer behaviour and offerance of good stratergy likewise.
