Job Description

  • Maintain basic accounts and accounting records using Tally
  • Prepare and manage data in MS Excel
  • Handle basic MS Word, PDF editing and document-related work
  • Prepare, edit and organize office documents, quotations, invoices and reports
  • Send and respond to professional emails
  • Handle routine computer and office-related tasks
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and efficiently use common computer functions/software

Coordinate with clients, vendors and other persons through phone calls, WhatsApp and email when required..


  • B.Com preferred
  • Good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Comfortable with computers and routine office software
  • Good understanding of PDF/document editing
  • Should be able to learn new software and perform basic computer-related tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English fluency is important, especially for writing emails and communicating professionally
  • Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English is required
