Accountant

*Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai*

*Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

*Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday, and all Sundays*

*Job Summary*

Our Company is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team at the Airoli office. The candidate will be responsible for managing account reconciliations, processing invoice payments, and ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

* Process and verify invoice payments in a timely and accurate manner.

* Monitor accounts payable and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

* Reconcile discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

* Maintain financial records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment-related queries.

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

* Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
