Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making with accurate reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Manage payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
