Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who will be responsible for creating and managing sales and purchase invoices using MS Excel. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and good Excel skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices in MS Excel
- Maintain proper records of all invoices and transactions
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Update daily sales and purchase reports
- Maintain Excel sheets for billing, stock, and accounts tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice-related details
- Check and verify invoice data (GST, amount, date, etc.)
- Organize and maintain digital records of invoices
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Formatting, Basic Functions)
- Basic understanding of Accounting concepts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good data entry speed
- Basic knowledge of GST billing (preferred)
