Job Title: Accounts cum Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Office Assistant to support daily accounting operations and general office administration. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documents.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Support HR and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures.
- Experience in invoice processing and bank reconciliation.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
