The trainees would get an exposure in accounting, direct and indirect taxation work like GST filing, ITR filing and auditing of companies, society and trusts. They would be trained and guided to turn out to be an efficient and competient account personel which would help them to start their career in the fields of accounts and finance. The trainees should be willing to be with the firm for 18 months.
